The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) respectfully requests your firm prepare a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) proposal for the installation of a Ship in the Box Anti-Terrorism facility at the Abu Quir Naval Base in Alexandria, Egypt.  Proposals shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer Ms. Holly K. Watson atHolly.K.Watson@usace.army.mil and the Contract Specialist Mr. David I. Walden atDavid.I.Walden@usace.army.mil. POC in Egypt is Emad Khodeiry Abdelgalil, cell # 0100 349  9392.

Proposals shall have price per CLIN and identify a total price for the proposed contract. Award is contingent upon receipt of funds in accordance with FAR Clause 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984).

No legal liability on the part of the Government for payment of any money shall arise prior to contract award.

Local contractor must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management).
